Mater Dei’s offensive line has been somewhat of an unsung hero in the Monarchs’ run to the Division 1 final but the group is starting to get its due.
Right tackle Andrew Faoliu (6-2, 236) has landed his first scholarship offer courtesy of Arizona, the junior announced on Twitter late Sunday.
Faoliu plays opposite of highly-recruited junior left tackle Tommy Brown. The unit is a big reason why JT Daniels and receivers Amon-Ra and Osiris St. Brown have racked up record-breaking offensive stats.
Faoliu’s brother, Austin Faoliu, has committed to Arizona as a defensive tackle.
