Six OC players made the cut at Monday’s CIF-SS Northern Indivudal Regional for the Individual Championship which will be held Nov. 6 at Western Hills Country Club in Chino Hills.
Brea Olinda senior Amy Lee won a cardoff and finished second, shooting a 1-under-par 71 at River Ridge Golf Course in Oxnard.
Reigning Crestview League champion Madie Chou (Foothill) and Brooke Graebe (Yorba Linda) tied for fourth, each shooting an even-par 72.
The top 36 players all advance to next week’s tournament in Chino Hills, and Evelyn Nguyen (Villa Park), Katie Stribling (Foothill) and Britanny Sok (Yorba Linda) also earned a tee time for the Individual championship
