Servite senior-to-be defensive back Julius Irvin (6-2, 182) has been offered by Cal and Nebraska, Friars football coach Scott Meyer reports.

Irvin also has been offered recently by Notre Dame, Pitt, UCLA and Oregon to emerge as one of Orange County’s hottest class of 2018 recruits.

In other Servite football news, sophomore tight end Ethan Rae (6-5, 240) has been offered by Oregon State while senior-to-be wide receiver Delon Hurt (6-0, 187) collected an offer from Hawaii.

Senior offensive lineman Christian Labow (6-2, 250) committed to UC Davis as a preferred walk-on, Meyer said.
