Huntington Beach quarterback/cornerback Kai Ross (6-2, 190) has been offered by Sacramento State, Oilers football coach Eric Lo reports.

The FCS school offered Ross as an athlete, the same position Montana earlier offered the senior at.

Ross has started the season fast. He has improved his completion percentage to 70 percent to go along with 792 yards, 10 TDs and only one interception. He also has played a lot of defense and has three interceptions.
