Top boys athlete?

OCVarsity.com
The debate to determine the boys athlete of the year figures to be heated and lengthy. Simply narrowing this field down to eight candidates was a tough enough task.

To do that, we decided that we'd go with no more than one choice per school.

Yeah, that means we had to make the call between Blake Ayles and Gerrit Cole at Orange Lutheran and between Kyle Caldwell and Cecil Whiteside at Newport Harbor. You'll probably blast us for the decisions we made then, let alone our final eight.

Cool. We like a little controversy at ocvarsity.com.

So let's get on with it.
