    JSerra’s Jim Hartigan returns to the county after several years at Clovis West, near Fresno. He was Santa Margarita’s first coach and took the Eagles to a CIF-Southern Section championship. St. Margaret’s Harry Welch coached Canyon of Canyon Country to CIF-SS and CIF state championships in 2006, his 18th season with the Cowboys, before making the move south.
