Foothill All-County water polo attacker Chas Hornecker has committed to USC, Knights coach Jim Brumm reports.
Hornecker helped Foothill capture the past two CIF Division 2 championships.
In 2015, he led the Knights with 90 goals and added 27 assists and 41 steals.
