Cast your vote for the top teams of 2007-08
|
Voting for the fans' choices as Orange County's top high school athletes has drawn a lot of interest, and now it's time to start the fan vote for the top teams of 2007-08.
After significant discussion to try to narrow the choices to easy-to-bracket eight-team fields, we gave up and went with 10 boys teams and 10 girls teams.
That means we need a wild-card round before the main draw begins. The teams pulled into the wild-card round were chosen randomly from the pool of all teams, though any squad that won a state championship was exempt from the wild-card round.
The teams that already are in the main draw will be announced Tuesday afternoon. For now, cast your votes to help fill out the brackets.
Wild-card round voting ends Wednesday at 10 a.m.
