The Kiwanis/PlyoCity Orange County All-Star Basketball Games will include the Orange County boys basketball player of the year against the state Division III player of the year.

County player of the year Jerime Anderson of Canyon will play for the North and state Division III player of the year Klay Thompson of Santa Margarita will play for the South in the large-school boys game, one of four games that comprise the event April 26 at Ocean View. Both players were on calhisports.com's All-California first team.

County player of the year Kristen Riley of San Clemente will play for the South in the large-school girls game.

The event, a charity fundraiser, begins with the small-schools girls game at 3 p.m., followed by the small-schools boys game at 4:45, the large-school girls game at 6:30 and the large school boys game at 8:15.

Tickets, available at Ocean View on game day, are $10 for adults and $8 for students and children.
