Baseball America’s latest mock draft had three players who played for Orange County high school teams going in the first round.

The projections for the draft, which begins Monday, include:

James Kaprielian, an All-OC pitcher at Beckman who now is at UCLA, going to the Tampa Rays with pick No. 13.

Kolby Allard, a senior at San Clemente who was unable to pitch this season because of a back injury, to the Pittsburgh Pirates with pick No. 19.

Jacob Nix, who pitched at Los Alamitos, going to the Dodgers with pick No. 35.

Phil Bickford, who spent his freshman year at Cal State Fullerton before leaving to attend a community college in Nevada, is projected to be selected by the Kansas City Royals at No. 21.
