There isn’t a hotter junior recruit in Orange County football right now than Buena Park corner Elijah Gates.
Gates moved into national recruit status Friday with an offer from Notre Dame. He also has been offered by Nebraska, Coyotes football coach Anthony White reports.
In other recruiting news, San Clemente junior tight end Isaac Rex (6-5, 245) was offered by BYU, the Tritons posted on Twitter.
