Huntington Beach standout junior Jake Cavano, who helped power the Oilers to their first CIF-SS Division 1 final appearance, has committed to Pepperdine, he announced on Twitter.
Cavano is well-established in the U.S. pipeline system and one of the top defensive players in Orange County. His offense continued to improve this past season, making him a threat at both ends of the pool.
Cavano is a huge get for Pepperdine’s recruiting efforts.
