Todd Dixon will coach one final season at El Toro before resigning to become men’s basketball coach at Santiago Canyon College.
This will be Dixon’s 21st season as El Toro’s varsity boys basketball head coach. His teams have won 10 league championships and have advanced to three CIF-Southern Section championship games during his tenure. Dixon’s record at El Toro is 431-148.
Dixon, 49, will lbe the first coach of the men’s basketball program at Santiago Canyon, a community college in northeast Orange County.
