Cypress has hired its former offensive coordinator, Rick Feldman, as its football coach, athletic director Jeff Russell confirmed Wednesday.
Feldman, a teacher at Cypress, replaces veteran Bob Burt, who resigned last month after two seasons.
Feldman served as the offensive coordinator under Mike Cobleigh, who guided the Centurions prior to Burt.
