2007 champion: Vista Murrieta

Top seeds: 1. Redlands East Valley; 2. West Torrance; 3. Vista Murrieta; 4. Palos Verdes

O.C. angle: El Toro and Katella are the best county teams in this division. Do they have the pitching depth to get to the semifinals, or beyond? Two very good first-round games that match county teams: Ocean View at El Toro and Trabuco Hills at Orange. If Foothill and/or Cypress won their wild-card games Tuesday, watch out.

Final four: Redlands East Valley, Katella, Vista Murrieta, El Toro.
