Servite offensive lineman/long snapper Mike La Cilento (6-4, 280) has committed to the University of San Diego, Friars football coach Scott Meyer reports.
La Cilento visited the FCS school over the weekend, along with Friars’ outside linebacker Jayce Smalley.
San Diego captured the Pioneer League title last season en route to a 10-2 campaign. The team also was ranked No. 19 in the final FCS poll.
La Cilento was ranked as Orange County’s No. 9 uncommitted recruit.
