The Huntington Beach boys volleyball team had a perfect Friday at the Best of the West Invitational, sweeping all three opponents in two sets.
Saturday was more of the same as the Oilers swept their way through the Gold Division playoffs for the title. Huntington Beach swept Buchanan, 25-23, 25-22, in the finals.
The Oilers also defeated Thousand Oaks, Oak Park and Corona del Mar.
The Oilers are the top-ranked team in the county.
