Santa Margarita was the only county team to go undefeated at the first day of the Durango Fall Classic in Las Vegas.
The Eagles, the top-ranked team in the county, swept Shadow Ridge, Long Beach Poly and Liberty in pool 9.

Villa Park forfeited its win over Dana Hills because Villa Park used an inelgible player in the game.
Villa Park athletic director Tom Fox confirmed the forfeiture today.
