Newport Harbor water polo goalie Joe Ferraro has signed with Wagner College in New York.
Wagner added men's water polo to its lineup of sports in September and will compete in the Collegiate Water Polo Association this fall. The CWPA features mostly East School schools such as Princeton, Brown, Harvard and Navy.

Damato was the CIF-SS Division 2 player of the year last winter and is having another strong season for the No. 6 Chargers.

Brett Mertens resigned as head coach at Crean Lutheran to accept a coaching position in Colorado, Crean Lutheran announced today.
Mertens was Crean's head coach for three seasons. The Saints had their best season in school history in 2015 when they finished 9-4 and advanced to the CIF-Southern Section East Valley Division semifinals.
Frank Martin II followed USC’s tumultuous season closely.
An early-season head coaching change and associated issues did not alter Martin’s goal – sign a letter of intent with USC, which Martin did today.
