Yoder was selected the tournament MVP of the weekend’s Best of the West Invitational in Poway. San Clemente defeated Loyola of Los Angeles, 25-20, 22-25, 15-13 in the finals. Coach Goldstone says that Yoder was “outstanding in all phases: passing, serving, defense and attacking.”
