What to watch: Katie Ledecky’s dominance could begin with the women’s 400 freestyle. The 19-year-old from Maryland has broken the world record in the event twice but not since the summer of 2014. The women’s 100 butterfly looked like a two-swimmer race between Louisville product Kelsi Worrell and defending Olympic champion Dana Vollmer after prelims Sunday morning.
