O.C. FOOTBALL TOP 25

1. Mater Dei 3-0 (250 poll points)

JT Daniels already has surpassed 1,000 yards passing and Monarchs are averaging 58 points a game.

2. Mission Viejo 3-0 (240)

Every week, LB/RB Colin Schooler is best player on the field – maybe best in O.C, too.

3. Santa Margarita 2-1 (223)

The Eagles offense is rolling, having scored 85 points over past two games.

4. Servite 1-2 (211)

Friars came oh-so-close to upsetting state No. 1 De La Salle.

5. Edison 3-0 (210)

The Chargers trailed Canyon early, turned it on for 38-19 win.

6. Orange Lutheran 1-2 (208)

The Lancers lost by a lot to Centennial of Corona, a team many other good teams lose to by a lot.

With game this week against 0-3 El Rancho, Centurions could be 4-0.

Chargers giving up too many points – 42, 41 and 42 points allowed in their three games.

24. Fullerton 2-0 (27)

The Indians easily defeated Bellflower, 45-13.

25. Troy 2-1 (24)

The Warriors dropped from No. 18 after loss to Yorba Linda.
