Harvard-Westlake of Studio City maintained its grip on CIF-SS Division 1 by defeating Corona del Mar, 10-4, in the finals of the S&R Sport Boys Water Polo Tournament at the Woollett Aquatics Center on Saturday in Irvine.
The victory gave the Wolverines (18-0) titles in each of their three tournaments this fall. They also won the Elite 8 and South Coast tournaments.
Harvard-Westlake led, 7-3, at halftime. Goalie Sam Krutonog made 17 saves fo the Wolverines while Luke Henriksson netted a match-high five goals.
Center Tamir Avital scored twice for Corona del Mar. Goalie Matt Moran-Flores added 10 saves.
In the semifinals, Corona del Mar (11-4) defeated Foothill, 8-5, behind three goals by Will Ueberroth. JJ Hornecker scored three goals for Foothill.
Newport Harbor defeated Coronado, 11-6, and Miramonte, 8-7, to finish fifth.
