Mater Dei remains the unanimous selection as the No. 1 team in Orange County, according to the voters in the Regster’s weekly high school football poll.
All 10 voters had the Monarchs at No. 1 this week. Mater Dei has been the top-ranked team in the county for three weeks in a row.
Servite, which was No. 1 in the preseason rankings, is No. 2 in the poll after winning two in a row.
(In the poll, teams receive 10 points for a first-place vote, nine points for a second-place vote, etc.)
