Vierra pitched a pair of no-hitters this season. She also had 10 shutouts, 145 strikeouts and an ERA of 1.38. She is a four-time All-Sunset League selection. She is enrolled in AP calculus BC, AP Spanish 5, AP biology, AP English Literature and Composition and U.S. Government. Vierra is involved in the Key Club and is secretary of the Ribbons of Life Club. She has volunteered at the Surf City Marathon and HB Senior Center. Vierra will continue her softball career at Santa Clara University, where she will major in biomedical engineering.
