New CIF-SS football polls: Fullerton rolls on (Oct. 27)

Fullerton, which has won six in a row, including three consecutive blowouts, was one of four county teams to be ranked No. 1 in the new CIF-SS football polls released Monday.

The Indians, who have won their past three games by an average of 39.6 points, have held the top spot in the Southwest Division for four weeks ina row.

The other O.C. teams ranked No. 1 this week are Laguna Hills (Southern Division), St. Margaret's (East Valley Division) and Saddleback Valley Christian (Northeast Division).

The rankings are based on the voting by CIF-SS coaches and selected media members. 

In the Pac-5, Long Beach Poly remained at No. 1, with Orange Lutheran, Los Alamitos, Crespi and Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks rounding out the top five.
