With only six football games involving Orange County teams, there will not be a scramble to secure stadiums for the CIF-Southern Section semifinals that will be played locally.

San Clemente and Trabuco Hills won coin flips that decided they are home teams for their Southwest Division semifinals. San Clemente plays host to Sea View rival Capistrano Valley and the Sea View’s Trabuco Hills is at home against Buena Park.

Mission Viejo won a coin flip that makes the Diablos the home team against Great Oak of Temecula.

The Southern Division semifinals are North Hills League vs. Garden Grove League games. In one semifinal, El Modena is home against Garden Grove. Rancho Alamitos, which plays its home games at Bolsa Grande High, is the host team against Canyon.

Saddleback Valley Christian is the home team, by coin flip, against St. Margaret’s in an East Valley Division semifinal. Both teams are 12-0 and are the only undefeated teams in Orange County.

Saddleback Valley Christian has played most of its home games at San Juan Hills High.

All semifinals games are Friday at 7:30 p.m. Game times could be changed to 7 p.m. if both teams agree to the change.
