Outlook: Troy is back in a CIF-SS championship game for the first time since 2011. The second-seeded Warriors are deep, boasting several games this season where 12 players scored for them. They also have a legitimate star in Barbara Sitanggan. The junior guard plays with as much effort as any player in the county and has an impact on both ends of the floor. Sitanggan scored 20 points in a semifinal win over Foothill, and had nine steals in the quarterfinals against Alta Loma. In West Torrance, Troy will see a team that is peaking. The Warriors – who won the Division 2A title last season – have mowed down their opponents in advancing to the finals, winning its four playoff games by an average margin of nearly 32 points. Troy is going to do what it does best – create havoc with its full-court press. If West is unable to handle the unrelenting pressure, Troy will grab its first CIF championship since 2006.
