El Toro All-County wide receiver/returner Kaleb Fossum (5-10, 175) has committed to Washington State as a preferred walk-on, the senior confirmed.
Fossum said he could see his earliest action with the Cougars as returner. He had 75 receptions for 955 yards this past season but racked up another 1,032 yards returning kickoff and punts.
The South Coast League MVP returned three punts and a kickoff for touchdowns in 2014. He also played well in the Orange County-Inland Empire all-star game, returning a kickoff for a touchdown.
Fossum also plans to play baseball at Washington State.
