Tamagno produced a career-best time of 4:06.26 to win the featured mile race at the adidas Meet of Champions Distance Classic on Saturday. By winning, he qualified for the adidas “Dream Mile” at the adidas Grand Prix on June 13 in New York. His converted 1,600 time of 4:04.83 leads the nation and is the fourth-best time in county history.
