Sophomore Brett Super pitched a perfect game Tuesday as the first-place Lightning defeated Whitney of Cerritos, 12-0.
Super improved his record to 7-0. He had an ERA of 1.04 entering Tuesday’s game.
He pitched a no-hitter against Brethren Christian in April.
Sage Hill is 11-0 in league and 16-6 overall. The Lightning moved up to No. 3 in this week’s CIF-SS Division 6 poll.
