Many of Orange County’s top swimmers have declined spots in the inaugural state meet but not all. Several standouts, led by newly-crown national record holder Ella Eastin and the Crean Lutheran girls, will race on this coming week in Fresno. Two-time Division 1 champion Tyler Lin of Corona del Mar and the JSerra girls also highlight the list.
