Orange Lutheran senior-to-be slot back and return man Elijah Bynum (5-10, 170) has enrolled at Buena Park, Coyotes football coach Anthony White confirmed.

Bynum rushed for 288 yards and three TDs last season and also collected 12 receptions for just over 100 yards. He led the Lancers in all-purpose yardage thanks to 457 yards on kickoff returns.

White said Bynum projects to play running back/defensive news.

White also reports that Alemany junior-to-be wide receiver/defensive back Elijah Gates (5-10, 170), pictured middle, has transferred to Buena Park.

In other Buena Park football news, junior-to-be offensive lineman Ryan Nelson (6-6, 252), pictured far left, has been offered by Utah. 

The Coyotes also have agreed to play Sunset League power Edison this coming fall, Chargers football coach Dave White confirmed. Buena Park replaces Garfield on Edison’s schedule.
