O.C. TOP PLAYERS TO WATCH

Jadie Acidera, JSerra, Jr.: The reigning Trinity League singles champ is one of the county’s highest-ranked juniors, and she should build upon last season’s first-round exit in CIF Individual Championship play.

Kristina Breisacher, Santa Margarita, Sr.: The Eagles star is ranked 20th among seniors in the state. Villa Park’s Constance Branstine is he only O.C. player ranked ahead of her.

Lindsay Hung, San Clemente, So.: The talented sophomore will be crucial in determining who finishes atop the South Coast League this fall after the Tritons tied for first with Dana Hills in 2014.

Judy Kam, University, Sr.: After splitting time between singles and doubles as a junior, the 2014 first-team All-County performer makes the jump to the top of the Trojans’ singles lineup this season.

Danielle Willson, Corona del Mar, So.: Willson dazzled in her freshman year – finishing as the Pacific Coast League’s singles runner-up – and should continue to establish herself as a force in her second varsity campaign.
