Shackleford is currently enrolled in AP Biology, AP Economics and AP Psychology and he’s enrolled at Irvine Valley Chollege where will he compete his AA this semester with a double major (Humanities and Foreign Language and Social and Behavorial Sciences). He will have over 70 transferable units with a 3.75 GPA at IVC. Shackleford (5-2, 2.14 ERA with 36 strikeouts) volunteers doing peer tutoring in match, science and spanish at Capistrano Valley. He is also a volunteer with the little league challenger baseball progam for kids with disabilities. Shackleford has been accepted to several UC schools.
