The transfer season in football is in full-swing and one of the biggest moves has been confirmed.

Servite wide receiver Terrell Bynum, one of Orange County’s top junior recruits, has returned to his previous school, St. John Bosco, Braves coach Jason Negro and athletic director Monty McDermott confirmed Saturday night.

Negro said in a text message that Bynum started school at St. John Bosco on Friday.

Bynum (6-0, 174) led the Friars with 39 receptions for 611 yards last season and served as their top kick returner.

He was selected first-team all-Trinity League.

Bynum attended St. John Bosco as a freshman. He has scholarship offers from USC and UCLA among others.

In other transfer news, JSerra wide receiver Colby Bowman, a well-regarded 6-foot-2 freshman, also has enrolled at St. John Bosco, Negro confirmed.
