Lions won final regular-season games, against Mater Dei and Orange Lutheran, but that momentum went for naught as Lions lost coin flips that kept them out of playoffs. This week: season over

5. Tesoro (9-5, 59)

Titans, who finished second to Mission Viejo in South Coast League, lost to Mission Viejo in league game by six points, beat Southwest Division finalist San Clemente by nine in nonleague game. This week: season over

6. La Habra (13-1, 51)

Highlanders beat San Clemente, 39-36, in Southwest Division final on final-play touchdown pass, now prepare for Regionals. This week: at Camarillo, CIF State Division II-AA Regional, Friday

7. Servite (4-6, 44)

As usual, Friars played one of the more-challenging schedules around; opponents went 92-29. This week: season over

8. Santa Margarita (5-5, 28)

Disappointing season still had a couple of highlights, like a 2-0 start and a Trinity League win over JSerra. This week: season over

9. San Clemente (11-3, 22)

Tritons were only a few seconds away from winning Southwest Division title until La Habra made the play of the season to beat San Clemente, 39-36. This week: season over

10. San Juan Hills (8-3, 8)

Stallions enjoyed some big victories in 2015, including back-to-back wins over Southwest Division finalist San Clemente and Southern Division champion Canyon in season’s first two weeks. This week: season over
