The Orange County Chapter of the National Football Foundation had its annual Scholar-Athlete Awards Dinner on Monday at Anaheim Convention Center.

To be eligible to be honored at the dinner, Orange County highs chool, community college and Chapman University football players must be all-league or all-conference first team while maintaining a minimum grade-point average of 3.5.

It was the chapter’s 44th Scholar-Athletes Awards Dinner. The organization has awarded tens of thousands of dollars in scholarship monies at the event.
