The first-year starting goalie tied a tied school record with 24 saves in a 9-3 victory against Mater Dei in the semifinals of the South Coast Tournament. Danner finished the tournament with 48 saves for the second-place Chargers. In the quarterfinals, he had nine saves and six steals in a 9-7 win against Dos Pueblos.
