San Juan Hills quarterback and Nebraska commit Patrick O’Brien will sign financial aid papers today with the Huskers so he can enroll at Big Ten school in mid-January, Stallions coach Aaron Flowers reports.
O’Brien delivered a stellar senior season, passing for 2,895 yards and 32 TDs while completing an impressive 74 percent of his passes. A 65 to 67 percent completion percentage is often considered outstanding for a high school passer, so O’Brien was essentially off the charts.
He also rushed for 626 yards and eight TDs.
