The junior blazed a county-leading time of 4 minutes, 36.39 seconds in the 500-yard freestyle in a dual-meet victory against Aliso Niguel. Ridout also raced on the winning 4x50 backstroke relay to help the Cougars capture their third consecutive title at the Millikan Southern Section Relays.
