Reed, a senior, competes for the track team in several events, including the 100-meter hurdles, high jump and long jump. She also played for the school’s basketball team. She is enrolled in AP government, AP Spanish 4, statistics and English. She is involved with National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation. She is founder of the Play for a Cause Club on campus. Reed received a Champions of Character scholarship from CIF-SS. She has been accepted into the honors nursing program at Long Beach State.
