The senior attack man scored three goals and had one assist to lead the No.7-ranked Griffins to a 7-6 victory over top-ranked San Clemente, which was coming off big victories over Foothill and Mira Costa. He is also the Griffins’ team captain.
“Ozzie is a great kid and teammate,” said Coach Ben Barchey. “He has stepped into a leadership role as a senior captain and cares more about doing the right thing for his team rather than for his own stats. I am very proud of him.”
