He had seven receptions for 151 yards and three touchdowns, including the winning touchdown as time expired, in the Highlanders’ 39-36 win over San Clemente in the CIF-Southern Section Southwest Division championship game. Ross, a 5-foot-10, 150-pound junior, scored on receptions of 9, 94 and 27 yards. He had nine touchdown catches in the Southwest Division playoffs, and averaged six receptions and 116 receptions yards a game in the playoffs. On the season, Ross has 62 receptions for 1,084 yards and 16 touchdowns.
