Peterman is a four-year varsity soccer player and two-year captain. She earned first team all-county honors this season as a defender. She has been on the Principal’s Highest Honor Roll for four years and four-year member of the California Scholarship Federation. Peterman has participated in the National Charity League for six years. She has also been involved with the Blind Children’s Learning Center, Padre Foundation, Joyful Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Working Wardrobes, Tustin Public Schools Foundation, CHOC Hospital, The Tustin Boys & Girls Club, Sunrise Assisted Living, The Tustin Library, Surfrider’s Foundation, American Red Cross, Susan G. Komen and a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Peterman earned first team All-CIF honors for the Knights. She will be attending Rice University to continue her soccer career.
