Parahnevich is a senior swimmer for the Wildcats. He was recently awarded the Presidential academic scholarship to Cal State Fullerton. Last year he set a new school record in the 200 medley relay and a 22.7 in the 50 free and 1:02 in the 100 breaststroke. Parahnevich is enrolled in expository writing, visual communications, AP calculus BC, AP physics 1 and AP government. Parahnevich is a coach at EAST, a swim team in Yorba Linda. He will graduate from Brea Olinda as a Distinguished Scholar with Honors. He is interesting in studying molecular biology in college.
