OCVarsity has started releasing its boys golf preview for the 2017 season. 

TOP O.C. GOLFERS TO WATCH

Roman Aragon, Cypress: The two-time All-Empire League selection has a 38.0 scoring average, and he finished tied for fifth in the CIF-SS Southern Individual Regional by shooting an even-par 72 at Skylinks Golf Course last season.

Joseph Chun, Woodbridge: The senior helped the Warriors win the CIF-SS South Coast Team Regional last season, carding a 3-under-par 69 at Talega Country Club. He also finished with a 1-over-par 73 at Brookside Golf Club during the SCGA So Cal Championships. He is No. 37 in the Golfweek national Sagarin rankings with a 70.60 rating.

Kyle Kinnane, Servite: The junior finished last season with a 35.9 nine-hole scoring average and a 73.7 18-hole scoring average. The LMU commit is a two-time All-Trinity League first-team member and ranked No. 6 in the state.

Alex Pak, San Clemente: The junior posted a 2-over-par 74 at Brookside Golf Club during the SCGA SoCal Championship last June and tied for fifth in the CIF-SS Southern Individual Regional by shooting an even-par 72 at Skylinks Golf Course. He qualified for the CIF-SS Individual Championship, where he finished with a 5-over-par 76.

Clay Seeber, Corona del Mar: The sophomore won four times and finished no worse than third in seven SCPGA Junior Tour events in 2016. His scoring average was 69.18.
