Laguna Hills wide receiver Logan Montgomery (6-0, 175) has been offered by Penn, the Hawks’ football program announced on Twitter.
The senior-to-be has racked up offers this offseason from Nevada, Air Force, UC Davis, San Diego, Montana State and a few other Ivy League schools among others.
Montgomery clocked a time of 4.43 seconds in the 40-yard dash at UCLA last month.
