The junior captured the 100-yard butterfly (51.06 seconds) and 100 backstroke (county-leading 51.72) to help the then-No. 2 Sea Kings defeat top-ranked Capistrano Valley, 90-80. Namba also won the 200 IM (1:59.93) and 100 free (48.46) in a 117-53 victory against then-No. 5 Newport Harbor.
