The Mustangs senior went unbeaten in playoff wins over Pacifica and Long Beach Millikan last week alongside her doubles partner, Katie Byrens. Modarres and Byrens are 50-1 this season and earned the North Hills League doubles title two weeks ago. Modarres also was the Empire League doubles champ in 2012 and 2013.
