Pok, a three-year starter on attack, “epitomizes the notion of being a student athlete at St. Margaret's,” said St. Margaret’s assistant coach Bryan Harney.
Pok has a 4.3 GPA and has been a three-sport standout in football, soccer and lacrosse.
“Mitchell anchors our attack unit,” Harney said.
Pok leads No. 3 St. Margaret’s with 16 goals and had a four-goal performance against Amador Valley.
“Mitchell is one of those players that excels when the pressure is on,” Harney said. “He always seems to come through with a goal exactly when the team needs it most, usually with two or three defensemen practically tackling him to try and prevent it."
